Message Other than drilling the hole and sliding in the LED lights, here are a few pictures of what I did today. Since I'm off 5 days this week, there will be alot of things changing on the 300zx R/C this week. For those interested, I'll keep ya updated on progress. I'm also updating the R/C link on my site as I complete the projects.

The Lexan pieces I found, were used from the local hardware store so they were a bit scratched up, but it defintely won't be noticeable as you will see when you scroll down.

Here is the headlight enclosure painted in black. I was tempted and had planned to make the enclosure chrome, then though of foil paper to bring more reflection from the LED light, and then when I compared it to my Z, I decided to go black, to match it up to my car's headlight enclosure.

Thanks to OLYAR15 for the Headlight Picture, I printed it on my laser for the time being in black and white just to get an idea. I just purchased some Clear Adhesive paper and will be using the Inkjet printer to get better quality of the light in full color mode. But this gives ya an idea.

Here is what the enclosure looks like on the body. Keep in mind the enclosure will not be seen on the outside edges once body is airbrushed.

Here's a picture of the other enclosure that I just finished, but unpainted.

Wednesday I recieved the Led Lights which will be installed on my R/C Body once painted. They came in White for headlamps, Yellow for parking lamps and the nice feature it has an adapater that will make the taillights go brighter when you apply the breaks.

The dual exhaust should be arriving hopefully by Friday or Saturday. For those of you that were inquiring about having the R/C body professionaly painted, I'm meeting this guy on Monday, that does the painting for one of the R/C manufacturers. I'll update you on that soon.
